An oldie but a goodie from Binary Star, the original crew of Michigan rapper One Be Lo (Aka OneManArmy). After you get past the moody mobb-deep style intro, the beat switches into a really smooth spring-time throwback jam with that boom-bap ish and some vocal samples.. In the vein of those early Hi-Tek / Rawkus joints you know me and Mrs. Huxtable love, this one rolls out nice and easy. Production handled by Trackazoids, which seems to be One Be Lo and some other cats. They handled all the beats in house for the MOTU shit, so I don’t know much more than that kids.

I’m easing back into the site like a warm bath, don’t rush me!

    These homies are comin outta Pontiac, MI, and doin it real strong. I went to a writing workshop with One Be Lo at a teen center in my city of Ann Arbor, MI not too long ago and his shit is almost unreal. Every time you hear him spit you pick up on somethin new.
