Finally, some summertime jams from Outkast! Always reliable for something laid back, this thing just appeared out of nowhere for me, since I no longer have cable, don’t bump and commerical radio, and generally avoid the “New Releases” section like the plague in any record shop.

This is a sizzurpy sweet thing with Three 6 aping their previous hits; a mixture of Soul sample-jacks and the 808 bounce. At first I was like, “meh”, but when the 808 drops over the so, so, so sweet Willie Hutch sample, you know it’s all BBQ and candy paint and ‘tussin and it’s good to hear any new Outkast, even if it’s with UGK (new album this summer), that isn’t a vanity project…Andre, I’m looking at you.

Update: I suck at life, I know. It works now….this thingy I use apparently does not like the “&” symbol. Shitty. My Bad y’all.
