Man, Why didn’t I post this earlier? Ever since I scooped up this 12″ last summer this beat has been in my mental top-ten. Everything hangs together so slick, from the swagger of the drums ot the vocal sample and, of course, the gag where the whole thing slows down and comes crashing back in…sucka MC’s be warned!

Jake One is the chef behind this…he’s been in the game for a minute with a pretty diverse bunch of cats using his skills: G-Unit (Betta Ask SOmebody), De La (Two cuts of Grind Date), Vast Aire (Viewtifull Flow) and a few joints for the Heiro team. Ask me? This is his best yet…
