Sad news if you’re in T-dot. The mighty Mindbender has decied to shut down In Divine Style, a open-mic started years ago by Vice magazine writer and OK Cobra rap-star Fritz Tha’ Cat and run by bender since I can remember.

The guys I’ve produced for, Logikal Ethix, Unknown Mizery, Century Sam, Corrupted Nostalgia, Bah, Empire etc. have all performed there at some point, and I’ll go on record as syaing Mindbender is one of the most important people in Toronto’s hip-hop scene, giving breaks to all kinds of cats and always showing love.

If you live in or around the dot, make sure you check it out. Send these cats off in divine style, they deserve it.
